  • Broad-based compliance checkups and reviews examining key requirements across a number of benefit plans such as 401(k), pension, health, life, disability, severance, wellness, cafeteria and flexible spending account plans, health savings accounts (HSAs), and VEBAs
  • Targeted reviews examining specific problem areas such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, USERRA, nondiscrimination testing, fiduciary liability, governance, eligibility, reporting and disclosure, trust requirements, prohibited transactions, and health reform (Affordable Care Act) issues
