Mark has practiced as an employee benefits attorney for over thirty years in private practice as well as being in-house ERISA counsel for corporations in the cable, telecommunications, and oil and gas industries, and as a U.S. compliance team leader for a world wide human resources consulting firm where he serviced employers of all sizes.
